Here are the instructions for ordering online:
From the PTA website, you can either pay with credit/debit card -
These are the steps for ordering on-line:
1) Go to the website (evansdalepta.org)
2) If you are already registered on the site, you will need to sign-in and go to "My Account"
If not, you will need to create an account (Directions are on the bottom of the home page) Then, go to My Account once your account is verified
3) On the "My Account" page, there will be an option to order a yearbook under the "New Forms" table *If you already ordered one, you will not have the option to purchase again
4) Click on the "yearbook" link
5) Select the # of yearbooks by child and hit "Add to Cart"
6) Select "Proceed to checkout"
7) The next screen provides 2 options for payment:
a) Pay Now- PREFERRED, and Fastest Method-*Convenience fee will be added
i) If you select this option, you will be directed to Paypal to checkout with your account or by entering your credit/debit info
b) Pay Offline Later Option
i) If you select this option, it will direct you to a page with this at the top: "YOU'RE NOT DONE YET! Confirm Your Order"
ii) At the bottom of that page, they need to click "Place Order"
***Please note*** for the “Pay Offline” option, please come into the school on the morning of either Dec 20th or 21st, between 7:15 am - 8:00 am with a copy of your order and payment – cash or check only (no credit cards will be accepted)
