Evansdale Program Description

There are several models that schools use to serve gifted students. At Evansdale, we use the Advanced Content model. Identified gifted students are served by their classroom teacher, who is endorsed by the State of Georgia to instruct gifted students. Educators that serve gifted scholars are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teacher provides rigorous and differentiated instruction to enrich student learning.

21st Century Learners

At Evansdale, students are encouraged to problem solve and think critically in all subject areas. They are engaged in tasks that involve real world problems As 21st century learners, students use technology, collaborate with peers, and use critical thinking skills to publish products that highlight their learning.
