The PTO is a dedicated group of volunteers bringing together families and teachers to enhance the educational experience for every student. We support school staff and address school needs through family and community involvement and fundraising. We seek to empower families to advocate on behalf of all students.

Principal Advisory Council

The purpose of the Principal Advisory Council (PAC) is to bring parents, school employees, students and community members together to create a better understanding of and mutual respect for each other's perspectives and share ideas for increasing student achievement and performance. School Communication


Evansdale's platform for all communication is Seesaw. Parents, please make sure that you have downloaded the Seesaw Family app on your device to keep up with all Evansdale news and to give you access to communicate with your child's teachers. The Seesaw Class app allows your child to connect with teachers through messaging, complete assignments, post to their portfolios, & receive assignment feedback.

Canvas is DeKalb's new Learning Management System and will be replacing Google Classroom and Verge. Students can access their Canvas accounts through Launchpad or Office 365.
